1. An HOA is a homeowners association which are very prevalent in Maryland, especially Columbia and Rockville.
2. There is no place called ASIAN. There are asian people who live in ASIA, but no place called ASIAN.

Ethan, since you don't go to our monthly Black People meetings you probably didn't see the memo passed around that we're calling ourselves African-Americans now.
