Mid-A Guns...
Berto wanted me to start this thread so here it goes...
I have everything covered from 1 yard to 1000 yards
The only thing I am missing is Class III. I should have purchased the H&K MP5SD back when they were 3K....
I also have a couple of things not in the picture that are under construction (yes I build my own from parts).

The rifle is nick named Barney. It is a Savage 10FLP rifle in .308 Winchester. Sporting a 24 inch douglas match barrel. A Ken Ferrell 20MOA scope mount Topped off with a Nightforce 5-22 x 56 NXS scope with a Mil Dot Reticle. All nestled in a Super Var-Tac stock that I glass bedded.
It shoots 1/2 MOA at 100 yards. At 600 yards (the furthest I get to shoot around here) I consistently shoot 3 inch groups which is still half MOA unless I dork it up...

I've got a number of shotguns, various hunting riffles, and a couple revolvers, nothing too special. My favorite piece to shoot is a Sig Sauer Sig Pro SP-2022 9mm.
Standard Issue for the DEA.

Sig makes a really fine weapon. I recommend them highly, as long as you are not left handed. They are very left handed unfriendly. I recommend an H&K USP if you are left handed as you can have all the controls flipped for left handed operation.

I shot competitively for years.
I've been wanting a Sako TRG-42 in a 338 Lapua Magnum for years.

the sig 250 i got has interchanable magazine release and slide releases on both sides. that mixed with interchangable uppers and barrels allow the gun to be easily configured. also various size grips. serials on the fireing mech. so grip/barrel/upper all change without needing to reregister the gun

Yes that is a very good observation, good thing I am right handed. Mag release and slide release I can do with my thumb while holding the gun with my right hand. I have a buddy with an HK, its a really nicely made piece.
