GC is garbage from everything Ive heard and seen at Tourny's...

I used to train with Julias Park under Lloyd Irvin at 88BJJ, later that became Crazy JJ - damn I hate that name doesnt represent the school/instructor at all.

Julias is a legit guy, VERY technical. I competed in a NAGA tourny up in Jersey, then school and work took over. When you do it seriously, you cant help but get in INSANE cardio shape. We would do 30 minute matches for the gus that had been there a while, no breaks, if you quit you went home.
