That's a pretty serious response for someone on an iPhone and driving on a highway. Did you just drive around and went, 'Oh let me check the mid-A regional forum and see what people have to say there?' Strange things are happening today.

Wow, to think if all our employees at our shop could vote, we would have 12 more.

This is just the beginning of the All New Altered Atmosphere...

The most expensive parts I have on my car are my endlinks and sways. Im by no means an expert at FI or anything like that. But I love the fact that I can pull into HILLS GARAGE with my GFs sentra and see a TT 37 a TT G35 and a TT350Z outside. I can have her timing belt changed by the owner of the shop while i shoot the **** with a bunch of guys. I went to frank with a nail in my tire 2 months after i bought them and he fixed it for free. I have every confidence recommending his shop for anything. Granted most of my stuff is "Low end" compared to some of you guys but for the first time in a long time I have a mechanic that I can completely trust with ALL of my cars.

(I would also like to apologize to everyone because Frank almost died when were test driving my car. It wasnt my fault but im sorry non the less hahaha. Franks wife was nice enough to take plenty of pictures for me after the accident. They were so great through my whole experience)

The funny thing is....If it wasn't for the owner of AAM (the reason for all the issues when it comes down to it)...a few of these other shops in the Mid-A might not exist.

The employees have never been the issue at AAM, neither has the facility. Actually more than one now successfully owns highly respected shops that people rave about in the same area. Now why would professional business savvy people leave and risk opening their own shop with much less funding, in the same area, and know they have to compete in the same market as a shop as large as AAM? Think about it.

The employees don't run the business the owner(s) does.

Well, Cleaning the slate is now in effect. We are going way over and beyond to make sure everyone is happy now. You will not hear another bad thing about AAM from the second i stepped foot in here on January 12th.

Thats a pretty good point. It also makes me understand why the employees never seem to be the "gripe". Looking at this impartially (i.e. minimum money spent) it seems that most of these shops have really good guys working for them that most people really really like. The complaints I hear are from the lack of the organization of the shops and or not coming through with fixing problems..... which to me also smacks of management/ownership issues.

Again this is only what my opinion is from listening to both sides. Im not bashing or anything as I have no input concerning the two big shops

Jeremy there is no one single post that talks about any issue with AAM in this thread. Your post is positive but is going way off topic. I say leave the defending AAM with your work. Posting more here just makes you look like another high paid sales rep?

The thread is titled, Shops in the Mid-A, Which one do you "preffer"?

I mean, with a title like that, it has to be epic
hmm exactly, just like the one that was on here before, before it got deleted, BEFORE YOU CAME TO THE MID-A.... and it is just what it says it is.. i did this for information purposes... and JT i am so glad you have such a following, and i am so glade they have had so much work done at AAM and have had all good experiences from AAM.. i guess you have had alot of cars shipped to AAM in the last few months uh...

and clint you are exactly right AAM does have some of the best equipment out there and you do have some very good guys running the machines and 1 very good welder.. but really where are your NISSAN AND INFINITI mechanics/Technicians, i mean i guess you have one, but i thought JT(and i am sorry but i dont, how much experiance does JT have working with Nissan and Infiniti) was a manager and Tuner not Mechanic...

this thread was never ment to bash any shops or start any drama but meerly to get the PEOPLE OF THE MID-A'S OPINIONS on which SHOP they would take there CARS TO... PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD EXPERIANCE WITH THE SHOP THAT THEY CHOSE. FOR INFORMATION FOR THE PEOPLE THAT ARE NEW TO THE MID-A TRING TO FIND A REPUTABLE SHOP.. AND THIS DOTHING NOTHING BUT GIVE PEOPLE CHOICES TO CHOOSE FROM ONE SHOP MIGHT BE CLOSER THAN THE OTHER...

Its funny every single person I come across here in FL that has a modded Z or G boosted or NA is crying about how we lost the best shop with the best VQ Tuner/Mechanic (Jeremy Tibbs Performance Factory). Were all at a loss here now and in the dark because we wouldnt let ANYONE else tune our cars.

AAM has my vote.
