HAHAHAHA Well apparently they are going out Friday night to celebrate someone's 21st birthday or something, but I may be trying to find something else to do.

Not sure the weight, they tend to be around 3-4 feet long. doing the pig right "chinese style" takes some skill as with the proper setup With out having the correct gear doing it correct is damn near impossible.



Gotta have super crispy skin with a nice layer of fat.

I'm not making the pig, I don't have the setup to do it =(

However everything else is being made from scratch. Outiside of buying legit food, I hate buying premade ****.
