Just got back from the beach, cops are ruthless in those small towns. I got pulled over for " exhition of speed" which is considered rapid acceleration or spinning tires. I didnt spin my tires nor was i speeding yet i "rapidly accelerated to 35mph". got off with a warning for that.But then got an $80 ticket. (he asked what % i said 35(really is 20%) and he didnt even us the meter). then he asked me if i was drinking....i truthfully told him i had but it was several hours ago and he was cool with that(was not drunk, i dont touch my car if im even slighly buzzed, took a 3 hour nap prior and had not drank in prob 4 hours but technically might of been over .06 ). the entire process took over 45minutes. i hate how those towns just bust out of state people and take them for there cash. Could have been alot worse but

 

what was the $80 ticket for?

$80 for tints, again i wasnt drunk nor being drunk but i only weigh 165 so if i had two beers i would technically be under the influence.

 

Stinkin cops!!! Exhibition of speed is one of the most stupid things I've ever heard of. If you're not breaking the speed limit why is it wrong to accelerate faster to the speed limit? Stupid cop wanted to help out his little town with their budget short fall.

Cops on Coastal Highway suck a$$, I got an exhaust ticket 3 or 4 years ago during the car show weekend! Driving 15mph down the inlet in 3rd gear. I was getting written up as 100 Civics came buzzing past. Oh the irony...

Few years back I just got out of BWW after drinking two 22oz and I admit I was acting a fool leaving the mall (just got full header done on a 240 so I tact it thru 1st gear). I wasnt speeding but making loud noise at 2am attract a lot of attention. Anyways got pulled over and blew .07, cop told me to go home. So from what I rmemeber its .08 right?
