did you end up running on Sat? I got there late and it was ridiculously crowded... I ended up getting into the 12's again but no PB, there was a pretty nasty headwind, it seemed to be slowing down alot of people

No, I went on Fri to Capital to see if it was indeed the rim spinning inside the wheel (I had them remounted with a TON of sticky bead sealer) and only got 2 clean runs in before the it started to slip again......it must be the clutch. 1800 bucks toasted in 4 months and under 100 passes. Got a new PB on the first run right off the highway with no cool down though. DA at the time was -500ish, but dropped to -1500 by 9pm. I really think I could have gone 108-108.3mph, but it was too cold and not near enough track prep to get into the 12's. I am just going to let it hang out and sit for a while.....I will probably fire it up and run it at Cecil in Dec with the hopes to get a 12.9-13.0 before it goes under the knife.
