Just be warned if you do get the TX style ribs its not like your normal ribs, they are big, served dry and have the sauce on the side.
They rock. Maryland and ribs = baby back, oven cooked sometimes smoked and covered in a sweet BBQ sauce.

Man I miss TX. I love dry rubs. Sooo much better than sloppy BBQ

Last time I went we got 2 salads and 1 full rack of tx ribs it ran us I think 28 bucks and we had some left over.
half rack of tx ribs is like a full rack of baby back.
