I got the Tuner package which comes with the cable so I am able to tune and retune as many times I like. It was $900 at time but you obviously need somebody to tune it for you and pay for your dyno time.

Uprev also do e-tune where you send in your log and they can send a tune for you to upload for I think $50.

You can also go to Function:Tuned and get them to tune for $500-600(?) Call them. You will not be required to buy anything from Uprev themself. I'm not sure how much F:T charge for retune. They literally just tune then flash your ecu for you for 5 different maps.
on Dave down at FT, Thats the guy to have your your Uprev tuning done. It wasnt cheap, but I was happy with the end result.
its the one of the VERY FEW things I miss about the east coast
