crashed it head on into a wall after skidding into the dirt going 70mph. i didnt have the front bumper or hood on at the time the only body damage is the front passenger side fender. but the whole front crunched in and is all sandwichd into the pulleys. got AAA to tow me back to annapolis for free and 2morrow im digging in and taking it all apart to see what i need to replace. airbags went off so im gunna need a new steering wheel too im going with the kind that pops off and the passengerside airbag spot im putting in some more gauges. il be at the next drift nirvana with it all fixed up

If it crunched that much you may have a problem.....what year is your car? If the airbags deployed it may be totaled. Even more of a problem is that the front end of the frame may be damaged if the front is pushed back to the motor.

Where you the Z with the stillen blower with red akebonos on it? I saw two Z's at drift nirvana, one was yellow and the other was silver. The yellow one was just a show car from what the guy told me.

Yes Barnabas that back side track you can get up to speeds of 70+ mph and drift...

The silver Z that crashed belongs to Branson. He's a buddy of mine, lives around Annapolis. Sucks he crashed but he said most of it is easily fixable, and it should be back in about a month. Going to take it to get a crash bar welded on and tubbed fenders.

Do these drifting events have instructors? And what exactly does one have to do to become an instructor? From what I have seen....even the folks at hyperfest couldn't really keep all 4 wheels on the course..........and I am guessing they are far more advanced than the instructors at one of these events.

Drift Nirvana doesn't really have instructors, it's just for people who either are in a drift series and want to practice or open to regular folks who want to try drifting.
