Clay, if anything this thread should have taught you stealing is ok. Go to youtube.com search for the song you like then just record it straight off youtube. Besides, if they were smart enough they'd record some type intro of them talking over top of the track to protect themselves.

I'll have to look at the model # of my speakers I've been very happy with them. They are pretty much entry level speakers but do a kick butt job.

clay just as a heads up BB will prob not be the best prices to get your stuff. DO your research there to hear setups then purchase online.

My old sony reciever and speakers are hitting hard 8 yrs later but the receiver not having HDMI is making me think I am going to upgrade to a 7.1 system for the new house.

Not much out there that is true 7.1 produced yet but I figure if I am going to make teh purchase I should get the good stuff and it wont be out dated anytime int eh near future.

I like that it also has the ability to add a "zone" so I can put speakers in another room and run them to the receiver and it will play them in full stereo sound when i turn that zone on. But when I want to just use the full 5.1 or 7.1 the main speakers do that.

There are 6 million options out there for what to get and most will sound pretty good as long as its a decent setup. Most of the time you just have to set a goal and shoot for that as the end product.

 

I also have a yahama 5.1 setup for my living room with the mini speakers. If you want to come by the new place after we are all moved in to hear the differences feel free to hit me up.
