2011 MD/NOVA Auto-X Thread
Thanks for the info.
BTW, I saw that they also have "Rally" on the CDC that same day. What is that? Is it one of those that you go point A to point B on the street on a set amount of minutes?

The rally is just a drive from point A to B in a specified time....closest to the exact second wins. I'm not really interested in that....the autocross is more fun. Also, there is FREE food at the Test and Tune.
Quick questions: for HP multiplier, do I use factory rating (298) or wheel HP? if wheel, what's the average revup engine pull?
What bracket do you use for the in car camera? Would like to use my camcorder to see what I can improve on if I get addicted... lol

Sorry for the noob questions, but didn't see an answer on the CDC faq page: what's the difference between STR and BSP classes? Or more specifically what mods cause you to get put in the BSP class? Only mods I have are a Stillen airbox/intake, and maybe a plenum spacer this weekend. So probably a fine line between the 201-250 and the 251-350 HP classes.

Just pick one....it doesn't particularly matter for the T&T. I am in BSP because I run hoosier race tires. CDC doesn't use SCCA classes. If you take the intake and spacer off.....you can run C-stock as well. Unfortunately, that is also a race tire class.

This is an event where I will be open to giving lots of ride-a-longs and driving of other cars....just let me know if any of you want one or the other next Sunday.
