Drive belt for what....my car started last night after some effort, but wouldn't start tonight. Have it hooked up to the charger for the night....hopefully it will fire up in the morning.
Drive belt? Well, I tend to need the power steering and alternator when driving :P
I just got the part and installed it. So I am good for tomorrow if I wake up in time.

I ran a 40.2 melting the tires off John's car. Probably could have run a 39.5 if I drove it in the morning or in heat A. John, put that front sway bar back on bump up the tires from 225 all around. Solid, fun car with just those two things.
Mike I have to buy the stillen or aps front strut bar. I have a 1/2 spacers on there and the strut bar will not fit anymore. Maybe ill buy a 5/8 or an angled spacer if its cheaper then buying a new strut bar. My tires were much better in the am heat. My best was a 42 something. Im getting the RS-3'S When I need to get new tires. Which will be sooner if I keep letting you drive it. Riding in my car while you were driving helped me out alot. I wish I let you drive first.

Is your car just missing the strut bar or the lower sway bar? It didn't feel terrible soft on the front....like it would without a sway bar. Those tires were too hot to touch after my second run.....sorry about that
.
.

I am sure I was in the path to break into the 39s on the last run, but I just overshoot the second left turn after the triple gate.
I knew I should have lower the air a little bit, but I never expected the pressure to go up to 47psi after lowering them again to 40 before the PM runs.
I will be checking the pressure more often now with the hotter temperatures

The tires were pretty much melting on the silver Z. John ran in A....then I hoped in and ran it for B. 6 runs with tarmac temps over 125 degrees=too much for street tires.
My temp guage was reading 104 degrees when we left yesterday. I had some fun for the first time out. I managed a best of 43.7 on street tires, with my daughter in the car.

The CDC let you drive with kids? Thats great.
The SCCA makes both parents sign a NOTARIZED paper before allowing a kid under 16 years to codrive. And they cant be less than 12 to even get in the car.

Might not make it out as often as I would like as this seems like a tire killer if I go out every weekend
Will try to make it out to a few this year though, deff liked driving the G like it was meant to be.
