Default Mod Friendly Inspection

I am new to the area and am in the process of getting my cars registered in MD. I am a little concerned about my Z. While I have many mods, I am street legal and should pass with no problems. That said, many shops just don't know the law. I live in Bethesda. Can anyone suggest an inspection shop in the area that will not be too much of a PITA?

Thanks in advance for your help.

you should be fine if its street legal, if not when they tell you why you failed then you have a list of things to check and fix. im sure you will be fine tho.

Only in a perfect world... sadly, we are in Maryland.

I've heard horror stories about rejection for street legal suspension alone! I miss DE... they plug into your OBDII port at the DMV and if you have no errors (and your lights/brakes work), you pass. No fuss, no fee.

State inspection in MD is a breeze.Make sure all your lights work, suspension is good, tires good, windows work, brakes are above 2/32 of an inch and rotors above spec, turn signals work, wipers are ok no tint or cracks in the glass, and no leaking shocks.
