Default Just got back from D&V

Wanted to post a little bit about my experience with D&V auto body shop. Most of you probably already know them from their great reputation. I went in to get my side skirts and rear bumper painted and installed. What I can tell you is that their service is every bit as good as you hear about.

From the estimate to the end pickup, the whole process was top notch. Their shop is HUGE and very clean, neat and organized. Kevin did an awesome job talking me through the whole thing and delivering on his promises. The end result was exactly what I was looking for. Opinions welcome!

Here is a before picture it had busted up INGs side skirts and a stock rear.

Heres the after, with amuse side skirts and chargespeed rear.

Wow!!! I always like the chargedspeed rear bumper! Goes well with your amuse sides. Awesome taste! PPW is the hardest to paint match. You found the right shop to do the job!

Don't think I've ever seen a Z with those cut outs in the front 1/4 panels. Looks cool though...

Thought about either going wing-less or going for a full blown spoiler?

I bought the car with these fenders, from what the guy said they are INGs style front fenders.

When i bought the car it had a nismo v2 spoiler. Im not really one for a big spoiler like that so I swapped for a stock hatch. Maybe a bigger lip spoiler like a blitz would look good though.

I just dropped my Z off on Saturday for some refinishing (rock chips) and getting a clear bra. Kevin is great and the rest of the staff are very focused on the customer. They gave me a tour of the shop and explained how they do things. I was stunned to learn they would completely claybar and detail my car inside and out once the work was finished. I can't wait to see the results the end of next week.

I saw a silver Z with a wing and custom backend all wrapped in plastic. Nice car. When I was there a couple weeks ago for my estimate, a black R8 pulled in and I had to pick up my jaw off the ground. The guy was dropping a friend who was there to pick up his customized Mustang GT500 (also all black).
