Stright cut, dog gears are usually in the 3-4k. I thnk DJamps is referring to the vid of the EMCO trans in the z06. That trans is 25k for the vette....I doubt it is a bolt-in affair. You can usually source a qualfe or hewland trans that would work on the Z for 9-15k (not including mounts, clutch, etc).

Who is rolling up from Anne Arundel / Bmore area? Is there any meet up spot or is everyone heading up on their own? WHat time are folks planning on arriving?

I made a thread in the drag forum on driver last week. Can you make a NGC one? Probably no one will come due to the wheels to heal cruise on the same day.

Shin, what time are you getting there? Are we still going to line up together, or just run seperately and compare time slips?

 

If shin is cruising there with me from MD house we should be there between 11-1130.

If it's like any other Saturday there you will have plenty of time to run each other.
