because I'm trying to save gas, I wasn't really going too fast (70-80 in a 55 on i83.)
You were bragging that you're only speeding 15 to 20MPH over because you're saving on gas. That means if you were not saving on gas you would be going how fast?

You might not see it as bragging but that's how it comes off.

I don't think you are all big speeders. It is in fact been proven that most of you are not time and time again.

I speed because of issues I'd rather not get into on a public 350Z forum with people who already do not think highly of me because of said speeding as it is. I will not say anything else in reference to my "unhealthy" appetite for speeding.

Scott, I have tickets..in cars that aren't the 350Z, from years ago. There are no tickets on record for me in the 350Z. ACTUALLY, as of right now, looking at my public records on file, my driving record is clear, as in, I have no current tickets.

Have you not gotten into an accident with a 350Z? BEFORE YOU FLAME, I'm just saying, here.

You should try drinking before driving it will help smooth out the nerves.
Maybe some pot too.

Well, I wouldn't really call it an issue but, speeding is a borderline necessity for me..like, it would feel weird/unfullfilling if I didn't speed.

The fact you call a man a loser who works honestly and could be shot in the face any given day is immature and naive. It's a poor trend that many, not just you, share about police.

I can only wish the day some amped up method head tries to break into your home and you get scared like a b!Tch that the cops you call happen to run late. Wouldn't that be some ****....

So you call it issues then say it's not really an issue but you feel that need to speed.

I think their are issues here and its much deeper then a 350Z or car forum.
Not being a dick here.

See, Alberto, for me there's a difference between a real cop, and a traffic cop, I'm sure you know the difference as well.

Real Cop - Answers the calls, instead of writing tickets and giving the courts and the state money for minor driving infractions, he's out there finding child molesters, chasing down theives, etc. I respect these guys.

Traffic Cop - ONLY camps at the side of a road and writes tickets, doesn't actually get out and help people, bust drug dealers, etc.

Vin D aka Shin doesn't know how to live or be happy unless he is speeding. And he has to always tell people about how he has the need for speed.

Cool story brah

If you ask the insurance company I have not, I did have a small accident involving only myself on a back road on a weekend where no one was around in the winter. I paid for it out of pocket and I have zero speeding tickets. I was pulled over once when i was in high school on my way back from work on a school night, I was doing 10 over and I got a warning. Do I hate cops no, do i feel on an open road with no one on it is it ok to speed a little yes, but the bottom line is when other people are around me I don't speed faster then the flow of traffic. Its not worth risking my life let alone everyone else on the roads.

This is a BS. Cops have to do every type of work. MTA cops aka traffic cops protect busy highways and 195 going to BWI.

Go look up how many drugs busts occur on Americans major highways, all from "pus$y" traffic cops. I could educate you more but class is over, once again you prove your ignorance.

Shin hates ***** traffic cops man that is cool thinking.

Most police officers are not traffic cops. I know a lot of MSP and AA County Police officers and I can honestly say not a single one do nothing but traffic work. They run calls but when they don't have any calls they tend to watch the roads. From time to time their captain will ask a handful of officers to setup speed traps in an area that has received a lot of complaints about speeding. That's really the only time they go out with writing tickets in mind.

Even if they were on duty just to write tickets and nothing more. What's the problem? They're doing a job. You're breaking the law and they're doing what they've been asked to do.

benefit at least in towns around here is that radar isnt allowed- they have to use the white lines painted on the roads- which if your familiar with the area are easy to spot and you just take it nice and easy

I know state police are however allowed to radar

Do you not realize that a ton of felony arrests are made through traffic stops? Learn what you're talking about before you try to generalize something.
