Im open for ideas, just keep in mind it is a Saturday night and we're going to get a table for 15+ people. They said they get busy around 6 and slow down around 8.
The restaurant isn't all that big.
If we plan on doing something this weekend, I'd like to have it done by Wednesday so we can give the restaurant a heads up. As far as time/day goes, I'm cool with whatever. As always when you get 10+ people it's really hard to time it right for everyone.
So what time works best for you guys? Just try to keep it out of 12-2 and 6-8 so we don't turn away any of their normal customers.
If you guys want to do midday Saturday or Sunday we could scrap the idea of Bon Chon (do that a different day with a small group) and just hit up fuddruckers, they can take a bus load of people with ease at damn near any time.

I've never been but Jeff keeps talking about this place so I definitely want to check it out. I have a mid size suv so peeps from Rockville are welcome to roll with me.
I was gonna say Bon Chon is too small anyways, great place, but not for something like this. It isn't however my bday or call, so we'll let Marco call it.

Marco, we can call in what we might think we need wing wise, but it normally takes 45 minutes to do a batch of wings so if you want more you gotta wait.
Marco it's your day, if you want to wait for a smaller group to do bon chon, we can do that, however I doubt we'll ever have a small group since if a few of us goes most others will also want to go lol. Timing will never work for everyone.

I'm not understanding the keep it out of the 6-8 pm range because it will turn away normal customers? Makes no sense, but yea Marco your call on time man, whoever makes it, makes it.

I remember Jeff posted a thread last year about calling in the order in a day before. You guys think that might work?
They have a smaller restaurant that normally (for the times I've been) fully fills up at the peak of their night. if we take up half of their dinning room, people that normally would eat there will turn around once they see the wait and go somewhere else.
If anyone tries to reserve a large table at our place on a Friday or Saturday night I always turn them away. Few times we've taken larger groups it always pisses the normal customers off. Plus big groups tend to grow.
I can't stand it when people do it to us so I'm not trying to nickel them.
