Look at the very right picture on top. The pic with 7 girls. She's the short hair one next to the girl with glasses.

Before anyone complains about "being broke" take a look at what % you are compared to the rest of the country. Most of us in the Mid-A is easily in the top 25%.

Ethan thats of the US, thats not a very good stat, look at the Metro area. Comparing to the rest of the US is pointless. You house would be worth 60K in other areas but here is 300+. Its all based on where you live. I would say most of the Mid-A is in the top 50-25 ish % of the DC Metro Area. Considering its household income.

Cool link tho thx for sharing.

Apples to oranges, my 2 bedroom town home price would get a massive house with 2 car garage, swimming pool and 3-4-5... acres of land in TX.
Did I hear a BBK for a roll of nickels?
If the brakes help knock .08 off a quarter mile, he might want them.

I have one more thought on this. It's true that the person that makes 100k and lives in DC is in concept "poor" compared to another person who makes 50k and lives in Alabama because of lifestyle. But the real comparison comes in let's say when both people are say in top 25% income in their area. There are so many things that that aren't priced relative to where your geographical location is. A brand new car costs 40k in DC and also 40k in Alabama. Say if both people in 2 different areas spend 50% of their income on their mortgage, 30% on food and everything else. The 20% of 100k left is obviously more than 20% of 50k. The richest dude in the poorest country probably can't afford a Kia.

Yes but you lose a lot of things living in this area. Its a give and take, you can afford more expensive cars. The are about the only thing you cant get, but you do get tons more land to have more fun on.
