Before buying the trailblazer I was looking at jeeps. IMO the jeep is the Best looking SUV in its class for early 2000s. Plus they seemed to have by far the lowest resale vs ford and Chevy. Sadly I never saw anything good about the jeeps. One issue after another after another. So I went with the trailblazer. so far so good.

My issue could have been avoided had I changed the transfer case fluid before 155,000 miles. But the jeep was pretty much abused and neglected by the whole family ha. The cost of repair since buying it has been pretty much non existent.
As for resale the grand Cherokees actually hold up pretty well, wranglers fair even better, by mine is 11 years old ha
Also tested out the 4wd on ice yesterday, seems it's still working but very slow to engage front wheels. I'm going to try and change the fluid again to see if it gets better

Lol fluid alone is $60 has to be specific Mopar, and you have to ask for it, they give you the wrong stuff otherwise, and they messed it up before. I just changed it 2 months ago with the correct stuff but was probably to late. Wish I knew that when I did the 100k service. Fckin stupid dealers ha

Been away for a few days, I'm was at a convention in Las Vegas volunteering for a non-profit organization that builds specially adapted homes for severily injurred veterans. We' were trying to recruit more coorperate sponsors and builders for our cause and complete more homes throughout the U.S. So far we've built 118 houses in 9 years and currently have over 40 homes in different build stages this year all free of costs to the recipients

I'm down to chill w/you guys if this meet happens. Clay, I always wanted to ask you if you had spare time to give me advice on lifting/working out. Lifting was never really my thing, but cardio/swimming will only do so much. If you have some free time next month I'd like to meet up w/you.
It goes back to the saying, Guns don't kill people, people kill people. I'm not going to rely on someone else for protection, knowing I can defend myself or die doing so gives me peace of mind. I think people who are against guns is because they never had to use them, I hope they never have to either...
As a combat veteran I've seen first hand what happens to good, hardworking and innocent people can't defend themselves. The world isn't as beautiful/peaceful as everyone thinks...
I do agree w/you, they need to crack down on who can purchase/own fire arms, I don't know why it takes a massacre to happen for us to realize that.
Nothing we can do about it now since it was passed but:
I don't think women should be allowed to be in a combat MOS or put on the front lines. I'm not saying they are incapable but war takes a toll on the common man. When your heavily outnumbered or caught in a situation where your life depends on the person next to you, you want them to be strong and prepared for when death is starring you in the face.
Some of the best and dedicated soldiers I've met were females in the medical field. Heaven knows we need more of them, our boys are getting fugged up out there.
I think the biggest arguement was, Should women serve in the infantry? I've met women who were MP's, convoy security, blackhawk pilots and even EOD and they were capable of performing their task. However I wouldn't want to be a father and have my daughter on the frontline.
What happens when/if a female gets captured and be-headed, I don't think the US is ready for that... some ugly **** goes down overseas...
Kids these days walk around like they're high and mighty but aren't **** w/out the help of mommy and daddy. I can't comprehend how they are so ungrateful to have parents that work their asses off to provide for them and still have the nerve to treat them like crap. ****'s should've got an *** beating when they were little, maybe then society wouldn't have spawned off so many douche bags

The fact that you think your image is more important than the safety of others makes me sick. How can you look at yourself in the mirror and not even feel guilty for the **** that you did? Hitting a family and fleeing is a scumbag move. When are you going to learn that your actions have consequences? Are you really that naive? I hope for your sake and the safety of others that no one ever gets hurt because of you.
After reading and hearing about the things you do, its hard not to make an opinion about the type of person you really are. I never had anything against you Shin, but after reading your response, I lost all respect for you.
I'm not going to give you any advice because that would be a waste of time. Good luck in life, I can tell you're one of those people that has to learn through life's hard knocks...

BTW, the DC Auto Show is next month. Anyone planning on going? Might be a good time for a quick meet and greet and chance to grab food and drinks downtown?

I do not know why people have a hard time accepting that guns should be either banned or heavily controlled.
I am not promoting that crap about the $100 fee. That is just to make money like everything else. But guns should have more regulations due to the amount of damage a single person can cause with it.

Eh if thats how it is Throw them in the draft. Also I wasnt aware they are not allowed in the front lines. Working in the tech career field we didnt have to many girls and dont really go to the front lines, more on convoys and ****.

I was invlolved in an accident that shows up from back in 2003. For the record these fields are not filled out and/or wrong in my report.
The proof is in the charge, no way weasling out of the fact you hit a family, picked up your front tag, and left the scene.
Bystander got your rear tag info, and COPS showed up to your door. If you werent a part of it you wouldnt have done two things. 1. Ran. 2. Lawyered up.
Nobody is perfect, we have all fawked up, but men own up to their mistakes and suffer consequences. Being young, doesnt exlude you from that.
