Five 11.9 runs @ 117mph this evening and hot lapping possible the whole time. Best E/T 11.90, 60ft 1.70 best trap 118mph. Not shabby for a 1300+ D/A. I was dead hooking with modest burnouts, so hard I started loosing fuel pressure off the line towards the end. Probably could have done 11.8 with more fuel.

Barely anyone was there, no glen burnie vibe and the prep was very good. I would say that capitol Wednesdays are the new cecil at least for the time being...

I usually get there when they open about 5:00 and leave around 7:30. Gives me enough time to change tires and tech in before the lanes open.

Same here. My friend and I have a pool event to get to that evening around 8,8:30 or so. However, we were also planning on getting there when they open to get a few runs in. It's going to be insanely hot but seat time is always a good thing.

I'll probably change my tires in the morning before it gets so hot. Living only 5 miles from the track I can get away with driving on my slicks. Only thing I hate on hot days other than slower times is changing tires LOL.

13's in a C6, just exceptional. Will fit in nicely with the non drivers in Glen Dirty.

There was a brand new ferrari (458 I think) running 12's last week. Tried to line up with him but he wouldn't let it happen haha.

Good god the slowest 458 ever, a freaking 360 or lightly modded 355 could do that... I am disappoint in that driver ....he should probably keep using the launch control feature ...

Well, I broke towards the end. My brand new ES rear diff bushing decided to exit onto the return road. Might need a new diff cover if the bolt is damaged. Either way I've already got a set of SPL solid bushings on hand going in this weekend hopefully.
