Having issues with my 2-step acting up but when it worked I was able to hit 11.9. The track has definitely improved, I'd say it's far better than Atco was today.

I'll probably be at capitol again this friday debugging the launch control.

 

What time does capitol get crowded on Friday's? I wouldn't mind getting in a couple runs, but probably wouldn't get out there till 6

 

Started getting real bad when I left around 7:30. There was a huge line at the gate and the lanes were filling quickly

 

Gotcha, damn guess I will wait till I can actually get there early

 

Wish it was closer / less traffic for us to go out there. Want to get the STi out there at some point.

 

Dudes just go to Cecil...it did get VERY bad around 7:30 ish.

If you get to capitol early enough you can hot lap almost 2 hrs solid.

Cecil during the week you have to deal with I95 traffic + gas + tolls... no bueno for me unless it's a weekend and the D/A is good enough to be worth while.

And for pure E/T I've had the best luck at MIR -- that's where I got two 11.7's when I thought 11.8 was the best I could do. But if you think capitol gets crowded, DO NOT go to MIR LOL.

 

Yeah, I only go to Cecil on the weekends myself..it's usually less crowded on the weekend.

I think MIR is the next track I need to go to..I've raced at Cecil, Capital, ATCO...so I guess I better try there next.

 

yea MIR is regarded as the best track in MD, but its a hike, and sounds like its always crowded, at some point I will get out there...

Once the DA's start getting good, I will be hitting up Cecil every weekend, even though MIR may be better, I like the crowd at Cecil, and how it doesn't get too crowded

Till then, If I have a friday off, I would like to try out Crapitol's new set up

 

I got lucky last time at MIR... it was so freaking cold nobody showed up. Even with a strong headwind I got my PB's.

Based on him saying great results! I doubt he ran a 14.
If that's the case I'm glad Scott didn't waste gas on taking his z out like man that can't be named wanted.

Scott could pull off a 14 starting out in 2nd gear and granny shifting.

 

I'll be coming up again this Friday. Maybe I could try out your slicks for a couple of passes. Only thing that worries me is going through the traps at 7200 rpm in
4th gear under full boost. Not sure how much longer I'll have a car if I keep doing that.
