I don't even rememeber anymore..it was more than 2 years ago and lasted all of 5-10 minutes. I just remember not liking it, and then I looked at the top 25 stock times and saw that stock, auto and manual DE Z's ran 13.6 as the fastest times and saying eff it I'll just get an auto Z.

I never said it was 'hard to drive,' I just said it does require SOME type of skill. Especially after the tune, since the car still shifts at the factory redline if I just floor it from a stop. So to get the times I got, I have to shift the car myself.
Pushing a stick forward to upshift requires absolutely no skill.
You can lie to yourself please refrain from trying to fawk with us.

If you're looking to get a manual Z, look into getting a thin racing seat w/ custom floor mounted rails that bolt directly to the frame. It'll add an additional 4-5 inches of headroom and just as much space between the steering wheel and your leg. You can also ditch the foam headliner which gives an additional 2 inches of headroom.
You can also purchase a racing steering wheel that has a smaller diameter vs stock; which gives an additional 2 inches of leg movement space. If you combine all the mods together, you'll get 1/2 foot of extra leg movement room.
No one cares if you shift an automatic car, it's still an automatic. Hit 13's in a manual Z, you'll gain the money, and the respect from Mid-A. Do It.

My seat is mounted on the floor. I'm not tall, but I have a longish upper torso. With a helmet on, I had to kink my neck a little. I have a recaro profi spg for drivers seat and a tiny ultrashield aluminum in the pass side. The pass seat only weighs like 9lbs.

Damn that's 10 pounds less than the sparco evo I just put in lol
I was wondering if that would come up.. It's not like he had a bad run... he was lined up against the fastest car in his class and it was a shootout. They had a free bracket class for those who were eliminated
"I don't think I ran against Andre that day"
You don't remember a black z in the left lane waiting for you by the finish line?
Just kidding pal. I think everyone likes you, otherwise they would ignore you not continue picking on you. Everyone here knows that I've said & done things that now I realize could have been hadled much better.
