Kevin98gt... From being blown and having the mods that u have I would expect allittle more HP than what u are saying u have. How many LBS of boost are u running? and have you had it dyno tuned or a mail order chip? Im not knocking ur ride im just curious as ur hp #'s seem low with ur mods. have u thought about doing a head swap with a 99+ motor???

 

Holy crap man! 260rwhp even w/ a blower!! I'm sorry but that is just pathetic even for the weaker 96-98 non-PI 2V GT's. Something is definitely wrong with that car. To only pull 3 cars on an N/A 6-bangin' import with your blown V8 is rediculous. Get that stang fixed and quit giving the muscle cars a bad name!

 

Sadly this is why most people dont even give the 03 any probs. Since blown stangs up until present never presented much of a threat. Obviously you 03 owners and anyone else that follows cars knows different.. but Ive heard a lot of people dismiss it as a threat..since most the stangs they know that are S/C are still running 13s.

 

Yeah well the sn-95 gts aren't really a good base to start off with, so a lot of work needs to go into those to make them really quick and get into even the 12's. A guy im my club is doing a head swap is his gt and and small 100 shot and he should be in the mid 12's... but there are blown newer gts that are plenty fast. Shoot my best time at the track the best i could do was a 13.0 but @ 110, and i know my car can go atleast 12.7, but im a shitty driver, and as we all know in drag racing the driver plays a big part.

THERE is no SALEEN blower for the 96-98 cars, you would have to put ther 99+ heads and cams on to run the 99+ blower, so I call BS, THERE IS NO SALEEN 96-98 Blower.
