Anybody seen this thread over at S2KI.com?

Apparently, after the Z vs S2K festivities, some guy in a Mustang takes out a WRX on the way home. Seems to be a good guy at first, admits blame, acts like he has insurance, etc. Later, it seems he has no insurance, doesn't think he is liable for the damage, and gets into an argument on a public message board.

What a tool.

I'll agree with whoever posted that it was kind of dumb to be talking about this on a public board, though.

Note, I'll admit to an occasional stoplight run myself. I'll probably do it again in the future, even though I know it is dumb to get involved in. I don't live the street race scene thing, though. Too much chance for stuff like this to go wrong.

I'm not trying to pass judgement on those of you that do this, just play it smart. Watch out for guys like 99GT.

 

wow, that mustang drive has no concept of reality. he deserves everything bad that happens to him. from the sounds of it, if the wrx owner pushes the issue ... the mustang owner will be in lots of trouble.

 

One other lesson. When you participate in illegal activities and someone screws up don't expect to be fully compensated for your loss. Its a shame that insurance companies have to pay for idiots like those two.
