Question 350Z burn out

does anyone know how to do a burn out in place with the 350Z? Just have the rear tires spining without moving.

The pull the fuse mod works awesome in my Z. Free Mods, gotta love them! I get some impressive burn outs w/o fuse #20.

so after i pull the fuse do i use the e-brake or the foot brake. I've seen this guy on tv do a burn out with a Z where he revs it high and when he lets go of the clutch he slams it on the foot brake and the wheels just keep spining.

the ebrake is connected to the back wheels. you dont use it. only for front wheel drive cars.

You can use this method, also known as powerbraking. This is what most RWD use at the track, unless they have enough power to just spin the wheels long enough to heat up their slicks at the touch of the throttle.

LOL, the e-brake method is used for fwd cars......I hope no1 tried this on their 350Z. If you wanna do a burnout at a standstill you push the footbrake down just enough to lock up the front....if you push it down too hard it will lock up the rears too. You can either heel-toe by keeping you toe on the brake and heel on the accel and let the clutch go, or you can pop it but i suggest letting it slip a little. So to break it down.

1. Step on foot brake just enough for the fronts to lock up
2. Heel-toe so you can rev the engine with your toe on the brake
3. Slip the clutch (you may have to play around a little with the brake to find the point of lock up but as long as you dont completely stomp on it, it should be locking up the fronts...
4. Practice this on a rainy day. Happy tire burning!

Edit* I did this with a 1992 240sx so you may need to disable the abs first.

For Autos power braking works best when you simply flash the stall , I wish I had like a 2800 or 3000 stall TC!
