RT does NOT factor into ET or anything other than the win light when doing eliminations.....
thats why a car with a quicker ET can lose.....because they had a slower R/T.......they went down the track faster but got tree'd.

Outlaw class. Belieive it or not my car seeme dembarrsingly slow, I had know Idea. Most cars were 11 or under in fact you get booted out of speed 8 Class with 11.6 or less.

Just curious but why run the outlaw class?
Going to the NDRA event @ atlanta gave me a new sense of perspective. That's why I'm currently making few adjustments to the Z.

That's the class the track Owner Tony put my car in based on times it wasn't my choice and a correction it was a 12.73 not a 12.71.
It was a cluster the way they had it set up geared towards the sponsors. It seems like the sponsor cars got 3 runs to our one.
At least 3 sponsors I know of had 3 cars each!
For example 4 hours yesterday and I got 2 runs. 65 bucks plus 36 for the N20 that's over 100 bucks!
Today I ran two runs and it seemed that the Venom cars had already done 4 or 5.
Some lanes, like lane 6 was empty while lane 2 moved constantly and my lane never moved.
It was actually the worst event I have ever went to. Everyone was trying to sell stuff, I like the Venom guy, " I can make your car go faster, stop by my booth later." Venom is crap.
I was glad to leave. Wednesdays and Fridays are MUCH MUCH better 7 or 8 runs if you want but since I started my new job I have to wait for these BS Saturdays. I shouldn't complain, I get weekends off but I was hoping for 12.5 and promised to eat a bug if I didn't hit that and I didn't.

Man, I really hate to bring this up but for $10 at our quarter mile strip you can get about 8 runs in on Friday night Test n Tune. I will say that Montgomery, AL more than likely has WAY less cars running than where you guys are.

Just woke up and that's how I feel, no elaboration necassary.
$2.09 for premium 7.75 sales tax
Do nothing Governor who we are trying to recall for blacking out our lights while taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from Enron (rolling blackouts he called them)
That and he is a pukey looing SOB with a whiney voice.
We get ripped off on everything now he is tripling our Car registration fees and taxing bullets.
Oh yeah, back to racing.

Good idea on the VW Doh but they have some 10 sec ones out here, it will have to be that newer one that comes around and does 14's.
Never heard that term before. I like the placement of your purge but you can't see it, it should shoot up!
I watched the 10 video and it ended with a 12.6 what am I missing and it looked like you were on DOT tires?

If I had sponsors I would be doing 8's. Instead I get Jimmy stealing my wrenches and Brandon dropping bolts then we get disguted and eat and watch a DVD then everyone leaves with my car all torn apart missing bolts and crap and I still do 12's!
I think I have trashed enough people for the night after 22 days straight of working graveyard.
I think I can actually go sleep now that I did the /POWER VENT / CURRENT FORUM/ SLAM
command on just about every forum I read.
Thanks foir the custom tires EJ I'll post slips tomorow I feel good about it and just kidding about everything but I do want all my friggen tools back scattered alll over Sac
