I did some searching and couldn't find any I formation on the differences between normal de, rev-up and hr cam sprocket degree differences... Are they all the same degree or are they different?

They are different.

My 09 Maxima motor (HR) Heads has 50 degrees of intake cam adjustment.

The older DE's have 40.

And is there a valve clearance issue at the extra cam advance if they do?

Adding a VTC sprocket that has more "adjustability" or degrees of advancment does not matter, the engine will not advance the cam anyfurther than the stock one... unless it has been reflashed, the VHR sprocket is the best by the way

Unless one is using a Haltech or other capable tuning system.

My car has no problem running 48 degrees on the intake cam. With the newer VTC sprocket, older ecu, and haltech.

That's a great question for the folks from Uprev. I have the Uprev tuning pack for my DE and it is presently limited to 40 deg of advance. I also know later versions of the engine allow for more. I have know idea how hard it would be to have that changed to allow for more control from a different VTC sprocket.

Yes, according to Rich at Uprev when I spoke to him about this about a year ago.
