The kenetix upper plenum? Not the nice shiny one with the individual runners but the part that looks like a swap for our stock upper? Anyone throw a 5/16 spacer and basic bolt ons with that combo? Tuned it maybe? Our am I going to have to figure this out my self? Lol

I've looked it just may be soo far backed it'll take me years to read through the forums. Hello, i'm new to the forums. And have have a decent idea of what i want to do, just dont have too much of a plan. Im not looking for crazy na hp but something that'll be a little bit more repecting. I daily my z now but I hope in a year or so to start consistantly tracking her. But besides the search bar on this forum, where else can I find new "reading" material?

that plenum looks nice but does nothing for HP. do a spacer, test pipes, exhaust, and tune and you will pretty much be maxed out

Why do you start a thread with such a crappy title? Would you search google with everything but mentioning kinetix? You're trying to attract views? The only people you're going to find clicking on your thread are clueless dudes like you and veteran folk who will filet your insides and wear your skin. You've been warned. Now, scram!

It has decent gains had 1 When I was n/a I switched from a spacer and didn't lose anything on the dyno but the best thing about it fights heat soak pretty good .
You can touch it after driving unlike the stock plenum, no you can't use both people have but no gains and clearance issues ... Go with one or the other

If I'm running a CAI, plenum spacer, test pipes, and exhaust without a tune....is that safe or am I risking running to lean?

its called a kinetix V+ plenum. just get a motordyne 5/16 spacer and call it a day.

Also how do you have a decent idea of what you want to do yet at the same time have no idea or plan on what to do?

this forum is probably the best source of knowledge on the VQ especially from a technical aspect.

Also if youre looking for NA power I hope you have lots of money to spend to get it.

Unfortunately a tune would have to wait awhile...would I be lean to the point that I could risk causing engine problems? :/

You'll be fine plenty of people run those bolt on's without a tune you'll be lean but don't think to bad .
I ran a year without a tune when I had my n/a z and it was fine if your really concerned get a a/f guage to monitor it.
