New Z owner, 04 Touring Redline mmmmm
First post! Hi everyone.
Bought my '04 Redline Touring coupe at the end of august, manual, totally stock, had 12,8k on it... now has a little over 15k.
Needless to say, I'm in love.
Took me a week or so to get used to driving her, I had only driven stick a few times before, and in trucks... but now its as smooth as can be 90% of the time. I'll never go back, thats for sure.
I'm at the point where I've been annoyed by VDC on more than one occasion, so my goal is to get used to driving without it all the time... just having trouble finding a controlled area to get used to the limits of the car.
Then again, I came on here today to learn a bit more about VDC/TCS... but I think I'm now more confused. The whole off=not really off is kind of disheartening.
Anyway, you'll be hearing from me a lot...
