Smile Did I get a good deal or what??

Ok this past thursday i picked up my completely unexpected new babe from Howdy Honda here in Austin, TX. She is a 2003 Daytona Blue Track Model with kick plates, splash gaurds, and all floor mats... 40,000 miles though... all for 20,500 plus ttl (around 1,000)... Do you think I got a good deal or just decent? I couldn't be happier with the new ride. I am just glad to be in a Z at last. I cant wait to see how far I take the car with track and performance mods....

I am extremely happy to just have the car and the model i wanted ! I just dont like having to park around Austin and school (TX State) b/c i am too worried about getting door dings. I actually already got one the 3rd day I had the car and i was so disappointed. Can anyone in TX recomend a good body shop for some minor touch ups?

Congrats and welcome!
I think that is a great deal considering it's a track model.

Congrats.
I agree with the above post.
For it being a track model at that price you got a Very sound deal on that car.
Have fun!

don't use a body shop, use a dent removal specialist (in phone book). they can do amazing things with those tools (those darn tools) for a heck of a lot cheaper than the dealer.

Times sure have changed. The way I was raised it was not polite to tell people what you paid for something and it was downright rude to ask someone what they paid for something. And I am only 33.

Why would you ask if you got a good deal or not? Especially since you already made the purchase? Some negative jokehole will come along and tell you that you got ripped off or post some BS price of a similar car with similar miles that he bought or saw for sale trying to cast a negative vibe on you. Best to not even look back or tell anyone what you paid. Enjoy your new ride.

no remorse other than my z his kinda high milage and i worry a little about not having any factory warrenty left. i am happy though b/c i got the color and model that i have always wanted and i know they dont come around that often espcially right around the corner from where i live. im sorry i titled my thread the way i did b/c i was just trying to see what others thought of my deal/purchase. i wont make that mistake again ... lol. other than those comments i am really glad to be here and into a Z!
