The wait is part of the experience man ! It's not the same if you can get your car right away....

Hang in there

I went through the same thing. They luckily found one that was already on the boat and had it rerouted to my dealer instead of one in Florida. The wait time was only 30 days

Dont worry, it'll get here faster than you think!

They tried to make me wait a week for my 2005 yellow base but I made them get it in 2 days

+1, id rather wait 30 days for my perfect car than spend the next couple years regretting it.

no there wasnt. They didnt have any base models when I went in to purchase. So they offered to locate the exact color I wanted. So basicly they're going to find it at another dealership and bring it in.

I've been waiting now for 9 mos to be able to buy mine. The anticipation is a *****, but hopefully, when I get back to the states for my next R&R (december), I'll have a brand new ILF enthusiast waiting for me.
Gonna buy it a month early so it will be waiting for me when I get home.
I believe the wait will be worth it though, and Im sure when you get yours, you will think the same.

The wait is worth it. They had to hunt down my Z for me. There were very few brand new tourings available at the time, and to complicate matters, even less in the country that had the charcol leather, I wasn't prepared to settle for the tan (preempting being flamed guys, tan is pretty, but not as practical for me).

Always worth waiting for exactly what you want.

Not in my case. They just had it delivered to my dealership in Pittsburgh instead of the intended one down in Florida. It was still on the boat when they located it.

They did find one down in VA at another dealership and offered to have someone drive down to get it for me. I passed on that offer. I'd rather wait a month instead of having someone put 300 miles on my new car

Went to dealer 5weeks ago looking to buy a black '06 Maxima, saw this '06 Magnetic Black Base MT for the same $$, and after one quick test drive, the Maxima didn't have a chance.
LOVE the Z!!
