Default Help!!!

so my mom wants to buy me a car for as a gift, im 17 years old, i've narrowed it down to three cars but i rlly need help deciding,

first is a 2003 350z all stock, black, 56k miles, mt, cloth seats

second is a 2004 350z all stock, black, 36k miles, at, cloth seats

third is a 2003 350z silver, leather seats, 80k miles, mt, has a cool air intake, front grill, custom exhaust.

my worries are have to much mileae on the car, and the automatic being slower on the take off, which on would be the best choice?

ps. all around the same price range...

Is there really a problem deciding which car to go with here? Hands down the 2004. Don't let the leather and the intake fool you. 80k is a ragged out car. The parts on that car are not worth nearly the value you get back from the 2004. Make sure which ever car you get do a carfax and have a mechanic besides the dealership one check it out before you buy.

I would like to have the manual tranny but the mileage is probably what you should be looking at. Personally I'd wait to find another car around the same price range thats manual. But thats me. Out of these three I'd have to say the smarter decision would be the 2004.

Oh crap I didnt see the AT for the 2004. In this case the answer is D non of the above. But then again its hard to help you if you dont tell us what kind of budget you are working with. Judging from the cars you've posted I would say mid to high teens?

If you're not worried if it's manual or auto the 2004 has the lowest kms, so should be a better bet. Best bit about the slush box is at least you have the choice if you want to drive in manual or auto mode. Happy hunting or just wait a little bit longer for exactly what you're looking for. Oh, welcome to the forum by the way.

yea the price for all these are near 16,000, i mean i really would liek to get a manual, beacuse of the way people say the tiptronic or whatever lags when changing gears, so i guess i wont be racing if i get the automatic. and modding a automatic wouldnt be so useful would it?

Why the **** do all <18 year old kids got to put out the fact that they're <18? Do you think you're "cool" or something? Are you in Alexandria VA? If so, I hope one of my Mid-A homies can smack you in the neck in my 3 year absence. You're already thinking of racing... great, we're gonna have a wrecked Z hear within a few weeks (if that) of you getting one. My advice: don't get ANY of them. Don't get a Z. Now run along and go study or something.

Has your MOM even checked on how much insurance will be to insure you, since you sound like you will drive fast?

Your Spelling teacher must have been on Meth when you were taking her class!

Why post your age, you are just looking for trouble.

"I'm 17, blah, blah, blah, my mommy pays for everything, blah, blah, blah"

We could care less who pays for what and how old you are? Get a Civic or a Neon!
