Actually most people when growing up at least raced once. Either it be in a car or on bikes. lol.

 

bikes...your right, we used to pretend we had different sports cars and make cool noises lol.

 

BS, dont tell me you've never raced anybody. if you havent you dont belong in a sports car. and even if you havent it doesnt make it right to say the **** that was said on this thread.

I was told that he actually woke up...his girlfriend told me he's still in and out, but he awaken, but just not fully awake...he's actually told his grandma that he loved her...he was able to speak, but very slurred....they're keeping his girlfriend away from him because they want him to stress littleist possible...she's moved on with her life...he was able to sit up a few weeks ago, but not able to stand up cuz of muscle atrophy...they need to operate on his legs, and then transfer him to a rehab center...he's in a nursing home now....doctors are not verifying that he's awaken yet because he still goes into deep sleep...but it's a good sign...again, medical miracle...

 

Man this is just...good luck to him..I heard about this when it happen. I just now found out that he had posted on the forums here and that this was actualy him that was in the accident.

 

I didn't know you could go fast enough in a RX-8 to kill yourself.

Oooh wow @ this thread. I feel bad for him and all but......what an idiot. Hope he eventually recovers though. Did him and his girl break up??

 

lol his girl moved on...? like as in she has a new bf that sux for him some things said in this thread were pretty cold but i kinda felt the same but at the same time i have raced numerous times and cant call him an idiot although racing in a residential is rediculous and i would NEVER! so i hope he pulls through and its a lesson learned im sure even if he wanted 2 he could never speed again

 

he's officially awake...I don't know too much details yet...but his umm, girlfriend(?) sent me a picture of him on my phone and he was wide awake and smiling...the picture kinda freaked me out....but it looks as though he's wide awake in bed smiling for the camera...I'll post more details after I call her tomorrow...
