Hey guys I just ordered a 07 GT black with black interior from dealer about 2 weeks ago. Aparently there is only one GT black on black in the nation and it isn't for sale.

I have to wait 8 weeks and this is probably the hardest wait ever. Has anyone had similar encounters? and do you guys think there is any possiblity of that the car gets produced sooner?

Production isn't the issue, Its wiating for it to cross the ocean that takes time.

 

burnt orange interior seems like a ok color but i feel like after 2-3 years when it gets worn in might get alittle old looking fast

 

I doubt you will see it in 8 weeks, but the wait will be worth it to get exactly what you want. Dealers can just order 1-2 times/month, then it takes a few weeks for the factory to get to your turn, and when finished it takes about a month the get it transported to the US.

In the mean time you can bone up on your car from all the sources here. Tons of information. Welcome and congratulations on your choice.
