Hi forumites,

i have been lurking for about a month and picked up my black Z about 3 weeks ago.

im loving my new purchase. My very first vehicle which i still have was a blue and silver Datsun 280ZX. It needs some work (minor engine issues, cracked dash and seat repair) but it served me well. i figured that if the 07s had any improvements from what i had then i was going to be very happy.

In the short amount of time i've been on the forum i've picked up a lot of info. i have also tinted and clear bra'd my Z. ive been shopping around for wheels and have it narrowed down to one set. im going to give it a week but by friday the order is going to go in. Shortly after that i'm going to have it lowered and the sway bars installed with the sport exaust. By the end of the year I would like to have a body kit installed (Origin Labs..... anyone have any info negatives or positives?)

im looking forward to hanging out in here.

Welcome to Z 350 community Ross. Good to see you're not wasting any time modding your Z. Is the 280 still stock or did you make some mods to that Z too???

There are no mods performed on the 280ZX yet. It's all stock. The seats need to be changed though b/c they're showing a lot of wear and the dash needs some chapstick (cracked). I have it in storage in Pennsylvania due to a recent move into the area. I'll try and snap a few photos when i get back there.

I hoping to get the ball rolling on a couple items this weekend on the 350Z

Not a problem, Bronzee. I'll try to get a photo of the both of them together but it might be a couple weeks before I get back to Pennsylvania to get the photo. I also need to find my digitial camera, or borrow a friends. It's in one of the boxes I haven't unpacked yet.... (i hate moving)

Finally found the camera and a cable. Went out for a nice drive over the weekend and managed to finally get some half decent photos.

I'm loving this car, big time. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Yeah, Bronzee. I wanted new shoes on the Z big time. I've got a one tracked mind and when i get something in my head it becomes obsessive

I haven't been able to head back to PA yet. Works got me running all over the place but i'm going to get the shot. I'll be sure to post it as soon as I can.
