350's get pretty nice mpg if you drive smooth and dont stomp the gas

ive never drove a s2000 and if you want a unbias opinion we are probably not the best people to ask

Fact: my mpg gauge says around 30 (29.sumthing everytime) 60mph or the freeway

Of course the s2000 gets better mpg.

4 cylinder, lighter by 500lbs, and less torque/hp.

My friend has an S2000, and we get about the same mpg. It really depends on how you drive them, but if you beat the **** out of both of them, they get about the same, but driving them normal, the S2000 does better, for obvious reasons.

Hang around here long enough, we'll have you convinced, and you'll forget about the S.

Accourding to EPA estimates for 2007 the stick shift Z gets 1 mile better than the 07 S2K. I know this because I have an s2000 and I used to sell nissans. Its 27mpg highway for the Z and 26mpg highway for the s2k. Whats interesting is the Z has a bigger engine and an extra 60horses on the S2K and it still gets better gas mileage. Hope this helps.

If you can avoid traffic and excessive idling, you could get 20+mpg with the Z.

Let's say if both cars are driving daily under 4k rpm, s2000 gets way better mileage. I have personal experience.

i agree with superblack350Z, i traded in my ap1 for my superblack z and also noticed that the gas mileage was better from the S, as long as it stayed out of Vtec. And you also don't have to rev the Z hard from a stop on a hill, as i am still trying to get used to the torque.

check em both out at cardomain, user:hollywoodray24

Angry Why would a person spectate over an issue like gas mileage?

I could think it is reasonable to do so with two completely different vehicles, but why is the OP basing his decision on which sports car gets better gas mileage? That is ridiculuos. I dispise people who think like that. If he is going to spend that much money on a car, why can't he just take an extra small step to pay the appropriate gas expenses.

If I met this person in reality, I would not hesitate to drop-kick this guy.
