Disaster On the Way Home
Under no circumstances should you accept that car. 275 degrees if fcukin hot! That engine is toast, no matter what they say. The heads are probably warped and the cylinders and valvetrain are probably fcuked too.
Like everyone else has said, don't even think about keeping the car. This was their fault and you have several days to change your mind on the entire sale. You may have to pay $500 for the "privilege" of returning the vehicle, but if they won't find you another one, then go somewhere else. It's simply not worth the risk for the amount of money you just paid.
Goodluck, I feel your pain

if they give u no other choice than to keep the car...ask for lifetime warrany...then drive the hell out of the engine til it blows and then take it back and say u want a new motor
It really depends on the all in the ins and outs of the situation. I know someone else this happened too. She very was lucky and pulled off the motorway in time, the dealer sent over a remote service vehicle and then looked very embarrassed when it was pointed out & tow trucked back to dealer. She'd just had a service on the Maxima. All the best of luck!!!!
Hell No dont take it man!, this happened to my acura a couple years ago, and I didnt even touch the car I said I want a brand new car with 4 mile son it and I want it here by this date, if they dont listen say a lawyer will be contacting you soon!, itll work trust me.
