Default Thinkin of which to get, please help

Wassup I jus recently moved to New york and I was thinking of getting a 350z as my first car, but i know it snows in New York and rwd aint the best in snow so I wanted to know if its worth spending the couple extra thousand to get the enthusiast or the touring edition with traction control instead of getting the regular 350z without it........or do you really not feel a difference?

traction control is always useful. you never know when there is snow, ice, oil, sand, gravel, water.

I live in AZ and still find it useful.

You will be screwed in the snow either way!
Fortunately this is my Z's last winter in NY!

There are many threads on the Z in the snow. There are also a lot of us that use them as daily drivers in snow areas and tires make all the difference in the world.

If you want to just sit and spin when it just smells of snow, drive a Base with OEM tires.

They will never be great in the snow, but by all means Enthusiast is much better(LSD and TCS) and VDC with the Touring adds a safety factor. Often you will have to turn TCS off to get going, then turn it back on.

Welcome Junglist. Buy the best you can afford, and don't scrimp on tyres. Happy shopping and let us know how you get along.
