Default Couple of newbie questions - 04.5 Touring

i love my new-to-me 350z. I cant get over how great this car is. M6, 34k and soo fun to drive.

Does the front seat not fold forward like the passanger side?

i thought there was two heat settings on the heated seats as indicated on the rocker panel. hi and low. my switch only displays the "low" light setting even when i have it in the "hi" position? when i got the car, i thought i remember there being indicator lights in the high position and the low position.
