I wasn't comparing stock vs. stock. I know the HR is faster. In terms of whp, how are you going to apply it if you have more than what the wheels can apply without slipping? It's a matter of physics, bra. Granted, stock for stock, the powerband might look different, but ultimately, I'd have to assume a tune will be able to manipulate a non rev, rev up, and hr to act similarly. If you have too much power, the wheels are going to spin. Perhaps an HR might produce more power at lower PSI, which might make it slightly more reliable. In terms of max potential, it has more to do with the driver/weight/suspension/wheels/etc than the engine.
