Im new to these boards as I just purchased a 03 350Z touring model with an automatic transmission. This is my fiance's daily driver and I take it out on the weekends. Im a long time mustang/lightning driver and Ive got the modding bug. Im ready to start making some modifications to the Z. The car already has 19" rims and is dropped. Im not sure what suspension parts were used to drop the car but the ride is terrible. I was planning on doing to following:

1. Ive just purchased a set of Hawk HPS brake pads for the front and rear so I need to install them and put new brake fluid in- and suggestions on what type?
2. Purchase the Tein Basic Kit (includes 4 springs and 4 shocks)- Im hoping this will raise the ride height and improve the ride quality- if you think something else might work better please let me know
3. Get a professional alignment done on the car- any suggestions in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area
4. Purchase a Veilside Version 1 front spoiler, have it painted silver to match the car and get all of the chips, door dings fixed- does anyone know of a good bodywork guy in the Dallas/Fort Worth area?
5. Purchase a JWT Pop-Charger- I think Im going to get 5+ HP out of it and its only $120
6. Purchase an intake spacer ( I heard I could get 10+ HP and they cost around $250- manufacturer recomendations? Size recommendation?
7. Purchase a Borla Ture Dual Cat-back exhaust

I think after this I will be done with my first round of modifications. Do any of you have any suggestions to make? I want a little more power out of the car, my fiance to quit complaining about the harsh ride, to improve the looks of the car, and do any preventative maintenance now. Is there anything you guys would look to replace/maintain on a used car? The car has 40,000 miles. Please let me know what you guys think.

We purchased the car together, knowing that whatever we purchased she would have to drive to work daily. She had a Toyota Echo with 150,000 miles and I wanted to get rid of it before it blew. What kind of wheel spacers would you suggest?
