Default 2008 350z Base - Carbon Silver

Howdy folks.

I've now had my 2008 350Z for almost a week, and let me tell ya, i'm in LOVE. Got her for $25,800 DRIVE OUT.
I laugh when my friends compare the Z's to the Mustang GT's. The typical response is, "Wait, that's a V6?!"

Quick question for you seasoned gents (and ladies):

I've searched the threads high and low and can't seem to find an answer. My Z is a Base Model, with no Bose system. I took it to the shop today to install an Alpine EX-10 Ipod/Bluetooth System, but the technicians couldn't find an AUX port. My HU only shows CD & Radio Buttons. I read somewhere that Non-Bose systems can access the "CD Changer" mode by double tapping the CD button. No dice for me.

I just ordered the PA11-NIS adapter from Crutchfield.com. Will let ya know how it works out.

Any of you Base Model/Non Bose guys have any experience with this? Any of your other folks know any good solutions to get my Z running AUX sound without altering the factory feel of the interior?

Glad to be a part of the Z family!

dPham

Please post a copy of the sales contract, or provide us with a breakdown of the components of the $25,800 (tax, license, etc.). Thanks.
