Default Did I Get A Good Deal?

hello everyone! my name is chris and i live in austin, tx. so i finally took the plunge yesterday and purchased a new to me 350z (hmmm that rhymed). i bought a daytona blue '07 enthusiast with 522 miles on it for 23,500. was just curious what others paid for similar cars?

i have been in love with the z since 1983 when my neighbor got a champaigne 280zx with t-tops. at the time i thought that was the most beautiful car i had ever seen (in person). honestly i think they have gotten hotter and hotter with each new model all the way up to the current body style.

downside of this post--i bought the car site unseen from a benz dealer in california, and it wont be delivered to me in tx for at least 1-2 weeks. OMG what a LOOOOOng 2 weeks that will be.

my guess is it got tracked over and over and it's beat up; before the motor break in. but that's worst case scenario... Hopefully she's in great shape! nice purchase.. great deal.

Yea, that's a good price I'd say.

I got a Silver '07 Touring for 23,900 with 8200 miles because someone at the dealership screwed up and mismarked it and misadvertised the wrong price.

That's the stuff dreams are made of.

I live in Ohio. The Nissan dealer has an 07 red enthusiast with about 600 mi, factory chrome wheels. Their price is 25995. I'd say you got a great deal.

hey--thanks for all the replys. i look forward to becoming a regular member on this site. seems like the best one out of all the others i have checked out.

i currrently have a 2000 5th gen honda prelude that i am happy to say will not be sold upon arival of the Z. i just put too much heart, soul and cash into it to get rid of it. besides it will be cool to have 2 cars to choose from. but i must say i have a strong feeling it will pale in comparrison to the Z. it is a beautiful car, but the Z is EVERYTHING the prelude isn't. i highly customized the prelude--mainly cosmetically (but tastefully!). but look forward to cutomizing the z. pretty sure only engine mods i plan on doing to the Z is CAI and maybe exhaust. i mean 306 hp is plenty for me. i would like to eventually get a tasteful, subtle body kit and spoiler. not really a fan of the extreme body kits--so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ill try to post a pic of the lude, if i can figure it out.

Z>Prelude (it's still a Honda no matter how much mod you've done to it).

You got such a good deal its highway robbery. Give the seller another $1,000 so you can sleep with a clear conscience.

The Z that you bought sight unseen is a Base, not an Enthusiast.

This had better not ruin your enthusiasm.

Check the interior picture on autotrader.com. There are neither steering wheel controls nor aluminum pedals.

Let us know if you are planning on filing a lawsuit.
