You're right. Federal Credit Unions offer the best rates.

He probably doesn't have credit though, that's why his dad's going to guarantee the loan and place a down payment.

His first step would be to pay for his own cell phone. But he can't do that either since he's a junior in high school and probably turns 18 next semester...

Oh god, why don't I just go to sleep.

would check to see what the insurance will cost you on a car like this.. I doubt it will be cheap.. other then that, go for it
