auto trannys are not faster then mt trannys in no way. You must be smoking some good drugs to say that. You cant beat any manual ZEDs because of more torque.If you beat any MT Zeds they most not know how to drive and Who told you that auto's have more torque? Anyone here have the real Nissan stats that say auto's have more torque? Or is because you say they do?Auto Z's are more like a cruising car then a real sports car. I test drove a auto for the hell of it and it was a pig and was ghey. 
I love how auto drivers are always ready to pounce if anyone even has a questioning tone about automatics. But manual drivers, even with all our tranny issues don't go around picking fights with auto drivers to defend our short comings. Sounds to me like there's alot of auto drivers out there that are scretly upset at their choice or transmissions. Like they are constantly trying to justify it to make themselves feel better.
I agree though. Seems like 80% of sports car drivers, prefer the maual tranny. The other 20% are a mix of people (or wives) that never learned manual, settled cause it's the only one in their price range, or bought the car as a compensation to "get chicks" etc. never to acutually ever push it to it's limits and beyond.
Yes an automatic is easier on the body in traffic. So go buy a beater!!! lol Chances are if you have a Z you make decent money anyhow (Minus the mommy and daddy supported kids and college students) so you can afford to buy a $2000 beater with an automatic to drive to work! Plus you will keep the unnecessary miles off the Z!

I myself don't have anything against auto Z driver!
I just got tired of see Mr. automatic j.arnaldo keeps bragging about his auto "MONZTER" Z. (we already know that he can't drive a manual car, so...)

responding to the bold letters that statement is bs because everybody knows auto costs more than manual i have an auto but it was by choice because i have a bad back can't use a manual for 2 long and here where i live traffic jams are everyday, take care

interesting how my thread turned to an auto vs stick war haha.
I just added "6MT" to my signature =D.
Now time to research on mods!
First one in mind is the sound system for me, I need to move my 10" Alpine Type-R w/ Alpine amp in it and somehow hook it up to the BOSE system.
I don't think I've seen a guide on that yet.
