Hey,

I recently purchased a spare key from ebay for my 350 that I purchased in the US and imported into Canada. I brought my key, car, and vin # into my local Nissan dealership and they tell me they can cut the key but can not program it with the car because its a US car and they use different "programing".

Is this true? There is no way to get a new key unless I bring it back to the US and have them program it?
