Hi everybody, just taking the time to say hello.

I am looking to buy a 350Z in the next month or two, and want to start reading up a little and learning what I can before I jump in.

I'm coming out of an 06 Cobalt SS, some Miami guys might know me, it was the yellow one that was always around at meets. After having repeat issues with the car, it was actually stolen and stripped.

Gotta move forward, I've always like the Z platform, my dad had a shop specializing in only Z's back when I was younger, I grew up driving everything from 240's to 300ZX TT's around the area

So far, i'm thinking an 07 6MT Coupe, I like what i've seen so far from the HR motor, looks like tons of potential.

Thats enough for now, i'm glad to be here, and I hope to have as much fun here as I have in the Cobalt world.

Not at all. Over 3 years on Cobaltss.net, one of the guys pushing the envelope on the LSJ.

I do work in a machine shop, so I have a tendancy to make custom parts when there isn't anything out there. I'll be glad to help where I can and share with anyone willing to learn.

Thanks!! You guys will know for sure. I'm looking forward to pushing ahead on a new platform, I reached the point on the Cobalt where I just couldn't justify any more money. The Z is far superior platform from the get-go and a much nicer car, style wise. I'll be happy to share what I can. Gotta give back to the community

Money, mostly. I'm looking to say right at where I was payment wise with the Cobalt (car was 24K brand new). If I could get into a 370 for that money, I'd consider it, but I really don't see that happening anytime soon
