Hey everyone!
It's fine for anyone to be handed a Z. Just don't BS about it or come off with an attitude.

Thanks very much. And for those who are complaining about me getting a Z "handed to me", please remember that I'm going to a school that's $29,000 a year...and am paying $2400 for it after my scholarships. So over $100,000 in savings...my dad bought me a $13,000 used car instead of a new one of that same price. What's the big deal? I didn't pay for it myself, nor am I trying to say I did. I have a bigger issue with people who try to say they bought their car when they were 19 and are totally independent and are paying for everything themselves. I didn't ask for the car, it was a surprise from my dad. So why is everyone getting angry at me for it?

And no one cares about your college. It's cool you got scholarships but that has zero bearing on your Z.

Oh, come on! Triple P? I have a nickname based off my goof-up comment now?
And I didn't mean to come off like "oh boy, I got scholarships, so I totally deserve my Z! But it pisses me off that I catch the "spoiled betch!" crap at home from people for having a used Z, when my friends are rolling up in brand new VW's and Volvo's that cost more than mine, and of course don't catch any crap. If I had a Mercedes SLK or something, then fine, I could see how people would make rude comments. But a five year old car?
Oh well. There's my rant for the night. Maybe some LulZ were provided. I'm off for the night. Bye everyone!

Congratulations on the scholarships and the Z. My daughter got academic scholarships and her college education cost practically nothing out of pocket. She now has her masters degree in accountancy and is a CPA. And she still doesn't have a Z. Of course, she had a beautiful Dodge Stealth during high school and college.
