Welcome to the forum! I'd probably rip out the Bose first and replace it with a decent deck, at least IMO. And I'm sure you can learn to drive a stick, my wife rips through the gears on my Z and it makes me proud!

I'm actually probably going to put another Bose speaker in place of the storage compartment in the passenger side. I never use it...and the Bose is straining to keep up with my music.
